Membership terms

Plans

  • BLACK — R299/month: one single-shot Americano per weekday.
  • WHITE — R399/month: one single-shot flat white or cappuccino per weekday.
  • DOUBLE — R599/month: one double-shot flat white or cappuccino per weekday.
  • EXECUTIVE (R699) is a future plan and is not currently available for purchase.

Redemption rules

  • One qualifying drink per member per weekday (Monday–Friday), redeemed before 10:00 (South African time).
  • One redemption per member per day. Unused days do not roll over and have no cash value.
  • Membership is personal and non-transferable. Staff scan a short-lived QR code from your account.
  • Extra shots are R8 each. Milk upgrades and other add-ons are charged at counter prices.
  • Benefits apply only while the membership is active and paid. Opening hours: .

Billing

  • Memberships are billed monthly in advance via a South African payment provider. A membership becomes active only once the provider confirms payment.
  • Online payments are not yet enabled. Until then, the waitlist is free and non-binding.

Cancellation

  • Cancel any time from your account once billing is live. Cancellation stops future billing; benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
  • No partial refunds for unused days, except as required by the Consumer Protection Act.
  • Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 are not affected.

Founding 100

  • The first paid members (up to the founder cap) receive a founder number. Founder status carries no additional benefit unless announced in writing.
